Evergood Associates have expertise in supplying Hospital Doctors, General Practioners, Psychiatrists and Social Care staff to both public and private sector healthcare providers. We operate nationally and internationally and provide clients with flexible staffing solutions. Evergood Associates was founded in 2003 and our success has been based on the personal service we offer to clients and candidates that we represent. In our industry, it really is the little things that matter – whether it be a map for your journey to work or passing on a locum induction pack to satisfy your internal protocols, we make sure even the little things are done and to a standard that we can be proud off.

We have seen phenomenal growth over our first five years which has seen us become a business with over a £10 million turnover year ending Sept. 2009. Our structure has evolved to meet this growth and we now have specialist Sales Directors in all our sectors, supported by a Managing Director with industry and service sector experience spanning two decades. These activities are completed within an Operational Framework governed by our Operations Director. This framework includes in-house payroll for smooth payment, in-house credit control to enable efficient query handling, in-house human resources which enable both you and your locums to be represented with all relevant statutory guidelines and bespoke marketing which gives us access to the very best candidates and clients our markets can offer. All of this is guarded by our Group Legal Manager – UK & International, who oversees our compliance and client and candidate resolution service.

As a business, we are ready to become our sectors number one provider. We plan to be in this position by 2014. Our strategy is simple. We do not want to become managed contract providers, but rather stick to what we know and what we do best – Working for You. For our clients, whether it be a maternity cover, annual leave, sickness or an acute manpower shortage, we will work for you and find you the best possible locum. For our candidates, whether it be one day a week, a career move, a lucrative weeks work or a long term locum, we will work for you.
