Adult social worker to complete the following - a mental capacity assessment/ care act assessment/ liaise with person about options and wishes/ to assist by recommending homes that may be suitable to the person’s needs. It needs to be completed by the 21st August (at the latest) but could be done before this date. The person is currently in hospital and so can be done at the weekend. The assessment would need to take place in Scarborough, and looking for someone local to do this, anticipating that it would be for 1 to 2 days work.
Specifications
- Honours Degree or Diploma in Social Work or CQSW.
- Registration as a Social Worker with the HCPC.
