Norfolk County Council are looking for 5 qualified and experienced Social Workers new to Norfolk (i.e. not currently on assignment at NCC) who are able to expand our capacity for a 6 month period. We are looking for 5 Full time Social Workers for our Great Yarmouth area, These roles will be required in one of the following team types: • Assessment • Family Intervention • Looked After Children • Leaving Care • Children with Disabilities We need staff who are able to be deployed into the areas of greatest need, and in so doing share good practice and knowledge. We will expect them to work a full, professional day, carrying out the hours needed to successfully deliver the work tasked.

Social Worker Level Two
Qualified social worker
HCPC registration
Completion of all post qualifying requirements including the ASYE
At least 1 year’s direct working with children and families
Senior Social Workers
Qualified social worker
HCPC registration
Completion of all post qualifying requirements including the ASYE
At least 2 years post qualifying experience in childcare social work
