1 x Social Worker required to join the Fenland Older people team.
Candidates must have previous experience working within an older people social care team and AIS and /or Mosaic as Cambridgeshire are moving from AIS to Mosaic
The focus will be on community casework including reviews and they will be based in Hereward Hall, County road March
Working hours: 9am – 5pm Yes 9-5pm Monday to Friday only
Caseload number – ~ 25 to 30

- HCPC registration
- MUST have Qualified Social Worker Qualification (Dip, BA, MA etc.)
