This request is for an Assistant Team Manager post in the Family Solutions Team, a long term team working with children subject to CiN, CP, LAC and Care Proceedings. HCPC Registered and previous management experience required.
Duties include supervision of social workers, attend meetings (CiN, CP), support social workers in court work including attending alongside where relevant. Good knowledge of PLO and working with families on a longer term basis.
