Gloucestershire County Council are looking for an experienced team manager to lead an assessment team of 6 social workers in delivery a high quality, timely service for children and families. Candidates will be working in Gloucester city alongside other assessment and safeguarding teams in providing a joined up response to ensure improved outcomes and appropriate risk assessment with children remaining central to all decision making. As a manager you will provide strong management oversight, decision making and supervision whilst using data and performance to ensure a strong handle of timeliness and intervention.
Specifications
- Qualified Social Worker and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Management experience in children social care
