Deliver effective services through management of operations, resources, information and people. Managing a team of fieldwork staff including monitoring, planning and prioritising workload across the team. Budget management and monitoring. Negotiate contribution from other statutory organisations towards aspects of care. Develop and maintain strong multi-agency relationships, plan jointly with others and commission new services. Develop and monitor contract relationships with other agencies. Maintain departmental standards on case recording, equalities and client access.
- Experienced CIN Team Manager required for immediate start.
- Excellent organisation skills required and ability to provide clear direction to a team.
