TEAM MANAGER - LAC
Thurrock council is corporate parent to this group of young people and holds parental responsibility for them so it is vital that we ensure that they are safety cared for and that their welfare is promoted and supported.
This would include statutory duties to visit child, assess need and ensure that appropriate support is in place to safeguard and promote their development
The team manager in this role provides oversight on all aspects of case management for around 62 children and young people. Without this role it would not be possible to provide advice and guidance to social workers allocated these cases and to track and ensure that all statutory duties are performed to a high standard.
