Skills and CPD It could be as simple as a refresher course or as important as your CPD; keep upskilling to maintain your work motivation and employability. Improving your work-life balance Do you struggle to say no? Spend your private time at work? Answer your phone, buzzer and emails after hours? Most people are putting in more time than ever at work, but it’s time to learn that when you can switch off, make sure you do.
